Introduction: The most common cause of thyotoxicosis is GravesÂ’ disease. Thyroid storm mostly presents with fever, tachycardia, arrthyhmia, jaundice, congestive heart failure and consciousness. We report a rare case of severe hypoalbuminemia with thyroid storm.
